You need to roll this over to level three before you transfer. If not, when you transfer it all xp will be erased and it will be a fresh lvl 2

when you transfer this, you lose all experience in the level. so your level 2 almost level three after a transfer will be a fresh level two with 0 experience

Getting to level 3 is easy, only took me like 8 hours.

From level 2 that is.
