The thing is, there´s two ways of understanding this quote 699k or best offer. The way you understood was something like: if noone pays 699k ill sell for less. But what you can also get with the meaning of the quote is something like: if someone shows up wanting to pay 699k, but another guy that needs it badly offer 720k, then i woudnt be stupid enought to sell it for 699k, right ?

Or best offer is most commonly referring to if the original price is not met. Not that i care about any of this lol. If you ment or better offer. Shiuld have said better. Or just do what the rest of the globe does an start an auction with a starting price to be met before it begins

Then you should be putting 699k or if there is a higher/better offer.. when you say best offer its like asking ppl what is the best they could offer..

P.S maybe your english or most of the people's english here is bad..
