So, since having more or less being forced to move on to a new home, I realize I need to let this one go.
This is one of the most secluded yet nicely situated villas in this world. It is located directly northeast of Skara Brae as my last picture shows(the marker), across the water. There are no neighbours to the north of it within one very full screen plus a few tiles, nor any to the right within a screen. It is so peaceful, so quiet, and it has been a fantastic hideout to retire to after a hectic day.
It was once decorated by mr Asan Drakus, and everything will be included in the sale, every decoration.
On the first floor you can see a treasuretrove, plus a little smithy.
On the second floor there is an alchemy corner, plus a bedroom with an aquarium.
Again, everything pictured will be included in the sale.
This was my home for 4 months, and would now like to pass it on to someone else, perhaps as a first home.
Accepting gold, donation coins, animail taming scrolls, treasuremaps, ingots(pref Iron, Shadow and Valorite) as part of the offers. Somewhere around a value of 500k will be a fair starting offer.
Planning on ending this thursday or friday next week before I leave for the holidays, and no, I will not let it collapse while gone if it doesnt sell
