You can buy a classic small house deed for 45k from the architect vendor. It's not too difficult to find a spot. Just be extra careful if you have the deed on you(pks and theives).

Or you can use the house placement tool which is blessed and place a house for around 60k(you also get your money back minus a customization fee if you want to take down the house)

Hey bud if you need a starter home I know some great locations and will sell cheap to new players. I got everything from 7x7s - 14x9's all over the world marked and ready to move in.

They aren't homes but I have the locations marked and I even tried placing a house just to see the size options. PM me I will be on tonight.
