People have been paying 125k to 150k for the certificates, alone.

Timepiece is worth around 30k.

Glacial snow around 75k (at least - but it isn't blessed).

Tree SHOULD be another 30k+

If you sell for 200k, you'd be leaving 75k to 100k on the table IMO.
