Was taming hell hounds and placed this 7x8
As you can see it is almost touching the spawn.
The daemon spawn is a 20 second ride West
The abnormal dread spider spawn is 1 3o second ride North

Then this 7x11, 25 second ride from Yew moongate/bank etc.
Low spawn, very safe area if looking for quiet location

Well interest is good.
I have an offer of 175k on the 7x11 currently...so bid away.
No offers on the hell hound house yet, though I may demolish and try and place a bigger house in a different spot I found (I thought people would want that location for killing/taming but it is small).

So I dumped the small house next to Hell hounds and was able to place another 7x11, vey very close to the other one (15 seconds closer to Yew).
So ya whoever is interested lets stay in contact now there is def a house for ya

Well I though had buyers for both houses, neither went through.
If any one is interested in these ill let them go for pretty close to what they cost. Dont want to just let them decay or demolish if possible.
