How close is the house to the no mount zones boundary

I heard they are changing Booty to a mount zone (not sure if it's true) but at the moment, it is in a no mount zone.
If you recall to the house on a mount, it takes a few seconds to dismount you, so you can enter the house on
your mount and stay mounted in your house where you can recall to places mounted.

I think Shane said but I might be wrong but he said we will be able to use mounts on booty but not in the dungeons on booty
