Just a heads up, these have gone down in price big time. 50-60k scrolls anymore.

The overpriced ones on the vendors right outside Yew are set at 75k each. If you want one you can ask on irc and get them around 60k. If you spend all weekend trying for the best deal around you can probably get one for 50k, but that is the lowest end right now.

Have self 94.4 Lockpick,so i can wait till 99 then i use it myself.

That would be a good choice, that is what I did. Since the price dropped so much I decided now was the right time to make a lock picker. Bought a couple cheap and ate the ones I got from monsters, easy peasy
