I've asked this question and got no reply... Ended up just buying random seeds at 500gp and bright snake seeds at 2k each... People post a lot of vendors with seeds.

Hope that helps somewwhat...

They drop from bog things and boglings. They are unidentified except for color and must be grown to see what plant they are.
