Second Account Request?

Sorry if this has been done to death guys, I am having a had time finding anything. I cant see a clear way to do this which raises concerns as far as my over all install, BUT how does one request a second player account?

Type in a different username/password??

It automatically creates a new account when you log in with a new unique account name.

Keep in mind, you get 3 accounts max though.
