I'm new to the game and I'm into fishing. So quite often I'm get boarded and looted.

I can escape sometimes tho, sometimes...

but could someone explain that Journal to me, I try to understand it

as I understand it. I got boarded. He attacked me, I try to flee and I got flagged criminal?
What exactly did I wrong there

Attacking a ship will flag both parties simultaneously, but (in a weird way) you first. For example, if you're in town guards, and someone boards your ship, they can have you guard whacked.

It's pretty funny. Messed up and broken, but funny. But since shooting you or boarding you will have your characters "attack" the offenders, it means you're not able to get off the ship as easily. Note how it says "You've committed a criminal act."
