Does anyone know where the savage ridgeback spawns?

Some people tell me its a rare spawn where the normal ridgebacks are
others say it comes from killing the savages

Anyone know for certain?

its a rare spwan. There can also drakes spwan, kill the mosnters until the savage ridgeback spwans
