'Rocks' Rare Spawn

So it looks like there is one guy who camps the "Rocks" spawn virtually 24/7 now and camping this rare has become virtually pointless. I see him track and meteor swarm any player who frequents the spot (I have seen Jarto, uBoat, etc. try and fail many times). Hats off to the dude for having 13 hours a day to sit at the spot, but since it's pointless camping this spawn, and since it's frankly not worth keeping a secret anymore, I hope you rare hunters out there will enjoy it!

Go to Buc's Den. Northwest of the bank is the bath house. The red area, directly to the left of the fern, is the spawn tile.

@Inflames seems cool even though he has a mega crush on me

I like the idea of pvp at rare spawns (as long as they aren't the ones I have to myself...).

Kinda silly to make enemies over a 20-25k (how much did that one sell for?) daily rare.

@SidX I'm thinking of putting together a group of people to hold down rare spawns, can't do it alone as I have a life and the random timer can be brutal. PM me and we can chat.

does this spawn once a day a particular time? or can it spawn randomly once per day?

It spawns once a day but the timer is random. I've seen it spawn at 10PM, 3AM, 4AM.. I just marked a rune and check it randomly. So far I've picked up two this week just by randomly checking every couple hours.

Ah, good to know. I guess thats why the guy camps there all day

Do all the daily rares spawn randomly? The only info I've seen is an older forum post detailed a couple spots, but it listed 5:45am as an exact time they spawned.

I think they are pretty random. Not sure about all of them, but for example the closed barrels I have seen spawn at different times. Last night, both closed barrels and the hay all spawned together right at 3:40AM. But other nights the time was different.

I believe there is a centralized "spawn time" for some of the rares with a modification of + or - a couple hours. I've always seen barrels spawn around 3AM but not always right at 3:40.
