This 15x17 (max storage) is all about location! It's a few screens from East Britain and sits just off the road. There is very slight blockage from the neighbouring log cabin. No spawn around the plot but you will find some decent hunting grounds to the south / south east.
If you care to engage with your prospective neighbours, you may be able to purchase the 7x7 to the west which would allow you to expand your property to 18x17.
