Returning player. A few questions

So I played this server at release and stopped after a few months. Eventually forgot to refresh my houses so will need to buy a new one. Is there still ample space in the world for houses? Also, has there been any lands added to the game over the last year or two? Was t2a ever added? Also what are the hotspots for players and pvp these days? Basically wondering where I would see people other than town/houses? Population wise, how are things that days? What are prime time concurrent users typically at?

Idoc's are still always happening, s.o house plots are available. Just need to keep a keen eye out. I may even have a lead for you on one.
No T2a, B.oo.ty island was added, but it is still getting some work.
Hotspots. Brit no cut zone, khaldun, shame 5, despise, destard and any motm spots. To name a few/
Prime time seems to be after 6 mountain time up til after midnite, for me.
