Ress on boat

I've just bought a boat but i've died several times (monster). For now i have the Wisp and i can resurrect myself but what if i haven't?

Help stuck, or buy a ring of forgiveness from the gold sink vendor. 15k I believe. Allows you to transport as a ghost to brit or bucs healers once every 24hrs by saying "I seek forgiveness".

Put a rune in your bank or house so you can recall back to it. Make sure a chest or pouch isn't around the mast on the recall spot

thats what I do, I put runes in chest in house, and if I die, I just recall in with another char and ress. if you dont have another char, well you just need to help stuck or candle of forgiveness, restock and recall back

Can you mark it in one place and then recall to the boat if you move said boat somewhere else a few seconds or minutes later?

You dont mark it. You get 2 marked runes once you place your ship on water... those you need to store in house or bank. i keep it in house so my other chars can recall tere at any time... also, it doesnt matter where you move your ship, it will always recall in the middle of the ship ;-)
