Repair deeds in my house if I have a loom/forge?

Can I use repair deeds in my house if I'm near a loom or a forge/anvil?

Dunno if you've received an answer to this yet, but as I've experienced, you must be at an actual smith/bower/tailor shop to use the deeds. Personal homes with forge etc wont work.

To use a tailor deed, u must be in a tailor shop and for smith deed in a blacksmith shop.

I'm just being lazy. My crafter can repair stuff in my house, I just want my other characters to do it. I'm just lazy. Retract /thread
