Remove Talisman Spam

it doesnt flicker much, just like once in 10 sec refresh-like. same as the talisman. but you could resize it, so only the title: Talisman + the 4 Skills have space on it
i gave it some more trys, sometimes it doesnt flicker for like 15 sec, then again it does it every 5 sec.

The Phase Shift message, that im standing too close to the target should only pop up when the cooldown is ready, tho!

Unbelievable... A week ago I breeze past a forum conversation on talisman messages and their spamming annoyance (and I agreed).. Today I log in and there's this uber tali gump with counters.. The efforts you guys go to, to constantly improve UOF... Simply amazing

It popped up the moment a monster hit me. It didn't trigger a relic to be counted down. Which is fine because I'd hate to re-position this every time. @eppy

2 refinements could be done, then it is perfect :
Could it be resized to a Window that only fits the title "Talisman" and 4 Rows for the Relics? it would be nice if it was smaller (exact size for its purpose)

i might add some suggestion for the new Talisman Window:
Instead of spamming the talisman needs to rest when you died, add a timer for the recovery time of talisman till you can channel its power again to the newly created window.

What you've done is awesome man, the new gump is perfect and thank you for listening to everyone!
If possible to remove the phase shift spam when hitting attack last (since we now have a gump with timer) that would be excellent.
