Tie factions to IP -- if you are caught with your tamer in a diff faction from your PVPer, then you lose 10 points of taming... easiest fix ever.

before you say "oh there are ways around this with VPN etc..." -- sure, there may be ways around it but most people know who eachother are and its an easy solution for players to page in and say "token tamer must have joined minax on a VPN" or w/e.

You gonna risk being banned from factions, have your tamer lose 10pts, for getting on a VPN and trying bypass IP faction detection? People know who eachothers tamers are... its why people dont really dual client RDAs anymore.
Just make it so you cannot be in 2 factions on diff accounts and the issue is solved.
that just gone make them put all their chars into minax to gain the bonus because w/o skara sigil they cant use their pets

You sound upset -- why dont you just capture the sigils and fuck over everyone in minax? Its so easy to win vs EQMS, you should have no problem doing it....right?
only eqms would be easy as fuck but there are maga, wrekt, squad, tame, pets, homof and countless other that all want to keep the skara sigil bonus
but they want to use their lvl 7 meta dragons and they dont have 120 taming so they have to say in minax

Pets has never defended sigils and we kill them whenever we see them(they also only have like 2 members left). Homof is mostly EQMS just on diff chars so they can provide more PVP.
well fuck, then theyd have to capture and fight for the sigils as intended... thanks for proving my point.

on topic: sigil bonus are stupid and never created much pvp in the first place. They're just cheap custom mechanics that make the game way too easy.
why they have to ? they just can join minax and get free bonus like they already do.

homof is like eqms b-team with less advanced tactics. We're stuck in 2009 killing ppl with meteor swarm still.
We're talking about two, just TWO tamers in MAGA. TWO people out of the ENTIRE SERVER, and we're talking about throwing a massive change/effort for a small percentage, nay, a franction of a percentage of the server. I mean this is far less then 'catering' to the aforementioned PvP group.

you guys cleary exploiting a gamemechanic that shouldnt work like it does thats why it should be changed.
4ppl got the warden on lockdown w/o exploiting and it got instant removed.

Okay that's a bit of a Stretch Armstrong. Maybe you guys should exploit your "alliance" to stifle small competition.
All we wanna do is PvM in the year 2017.

I dont want to see the bonus's removed, I wouldnt mind a faction cap. That way EQMS could join a faction fill it and not have any others riding our coat tails. If you want to be part of EQMS its only 200k to join, just hit me or @GluttonySDS up.

OMG until its fixed its not an exploit, its an intended game mechanic go read @Silly Santa thread.
@halygon said that staff kept up with the thread and talked about it... Sorry they didnt rule in ur favor about the faction cap, I told everyone the real reason you were crying was the bonus's....
So log on ur 10 $ower alliance members and take the sigils, they are up today.
