Well he specified a price than I agreed to it 4 min before you on general chat time stamp shows it. I also asked about it 1st, was wondering what he was asking, so had I bid 5k gold and he said 350 i would auto get it?
You still need to agree, and I did so 1st. There are unwritten forum rules.

He specified a price for the offer I made, not the offer that you failed to make. The unwritten forum rule would seem to be that the person who actually makes an offer and gets a counter offer would get to accept or not accept.

He did not quote your offer in his response, lets let him make his own mind up. But if we are being technical I did agree to price 1st, I also asked what he was asking for it 1st. So under your premise had i bid anything it would be mine if i chimed in after you? thats bogus. once he set a price i agreed.
