Relic applied then after shows no skill?

I just bought this Relic and applied and it to my lvl 3 meta dragon. I double clicked my stone and the skill exp shows up. I go to a dungeon and go directly back after a min to test it and stone says no skills applied!!!!! Has any one had this problem or know what's wrong???

Relics for meta pets do not show a numerical progress the same as XP does. You will see progress as the red bar starting to fill with green similar to an old style computer loading bar. As the relic increases in level the counter next to it showing 1/10 will start to increase.

Some relics are slower than others and if you only just applied it, the slight increase may not be visible on the graphic.

Under meta skills it says no skills like it doesn't even exist!!!!

How long did you have the relic. What time did you get it and what time did you apply it.
