Relative Drop Rate of Animal Taming Scrolls?

The quote is from a patch note.

Poisoning, archery, lockpicking and taming do seem less common than the other scrolls, but animal taming seems to drop much less often than any of the others do. The patch notes seem to say that taming scrolls drop as often as archery skill scrolls do. Is that still true?

That's weird.. Archery isn't that hard to gain or worth enough to warrant a lower drop rate
