Can Reds buy things in towns and if you see one in town can you just call for the guards and have them killed as it used to be?

Not sure about buying from NPCs, I'd imagine they can, but as for guards go reds are allowed in town unless they flag on you, then they're instantly guard whacked

Reds can only buy from NPC's in Bucs Den, but they can enter towns without being killed by guards as long as they do not commit criminal actions in town (same as blues).

Reds can buy from NPCs in all towns. They can even bank if they are able to see the npc to utilize the context menu.
