Recall runes

Hi!
Returning to UO after an unbelievably long time (since the original days on Catskill server).

Might seem a stupid question, but, where can I get recall runes? I can't find them anywhere. I've seen the books, but so far have only found blank ones... I really just want a single one...

You can buy blank runes from mages in the mage shop. You then cast the spell Mark on it to mark it to a location. You double click it to put a name on it. Putting them in a runebook is the best option as runebooks are blessed so you won't lose it. Plus they can keep recall charges in them.

I'm not sure what player vendors might sell full runebooks, but I am sure there are some around.

Find anyone at the location and ask if they will Mark one for you (have blanks on you) be sure to say thanks and offer a tip though they almost never take it. I've been unbelievably lucky with this community. I can always find someone and they are more than willing. Just one reason this is the best server around.
