if i am cast on self:
RA(lowers magic resistance???) and fight VS mage i am get more damage?
Reflect(lowers physical resistance???) and fight VS dexer i am get more damage?

i am understand RA need for dexers
but spell Protection lower my physical resistance(actually on UOF)
maybe RA lower my magic resistance

Protection makes it to where you cannot be disrupted while casting spells. This is on a timer of some sort (I don't know the time) where as RA and Magic Reflection are enabled until they run out of "reflects/absorptions" Also if you want to remove any of the current spells from yourself you can cast Dispel Field and target yourself. This is good to know in case you have magic reflection up, and decide you want to switch to Reactive Armor or vice versa.
