I placed my 7x7 classic house on the 18th using the house placement tool. My plot has room for a 9x14 custom house, which i will soon be able to afford, so I would like to upgrade to that. Do I need to wait until at least a week has passed from the original placement date in order to demolish this one and immediately place a new house?
I know the original UO had a 7-day timer, but I don't know if that applies here or if there's a way to circumvent this with the house placement tool by changing one house into another house, as I didn't do a lot of placing/house trading back in the day.
