So far nobody has taken me up on my offer to help them get their guild set up for RDAs by the way. If only there was as much interest in doing them as there is in complaining about them.
Can confirm Cal truly does want others to get into RDAs. If you hit him up he will help you for sure.

1. In so far as being concerned about it goes:
- It's about empathy (not an especially emotional kind). People have the capacity to see that something sucks for someone else and want it to be better for them.
- It's about self-interest because it's about the well-being of the shard.
- You don't need first had experience to know something: you don't know that the earth is round, you just trust the people who say that it is. Likewise, I trust the dozens of consistent reports I hear from other players about RDAs.
- Given the nature of the complaint, it's, effectively, impossible for someone to do what you ask: 'play a bunch of them then complain'. The complaint is that playing RDAs is, effectively, impossible.

I believe this. He seems like a good guy.
Finding them isn't the problem. Finishing them before the gaggle of meta werkt-dragons arrives is the problem.
If you can't play one now, why would anyone want to invest in finding more RDAs that they can't play?

I think its more along the lines as my issue (soley on my side) I dont have the time to commit to playing uof due to my job irl but would like to be able to experience rdas.
why not just killing these meta werkt-dragons ?
see i am in a very small guild most of the other guilds around call us non factor or even a death guild but even we manage to kill these werkt guys easy.

I see a single dragon corpse (but a lot of human corpses - congrats). I can see 90% of the play area in that photo. When werkt shows up to RDAs, they arrive with enough dragons that you can't see more than 10% of the play area.
Upload a photo of a dozen (at least) dead werkt dragons (preferably in an RDA) and your reply will be more relevant.

I will say though, they did end up getting that RDA for sure and I actually counted least 10 out side of the gate fighting and I'm not sure how many inside. While we did not have 10 outside fighting. It was unorganized and we were too spread out in and out of the RDA.
I love how you guys need to flaunt where as, we don't need to show off.
Be honest Girana, it's pretty much 50/50.

I do agree that allowing 50 meta pets in an RDA is a bit extreme honestly... But also they have ALOT of people in their guild.
To be fair they died a lot.

Meta pets can be killed for sure, a lot of these bosses and RDA spawns are designed against META's more than anything.

Portals/RDAs gave been botched from start to finish.
Think of where they started.
Look at where they have ended up.
Without getting too deep into this, as I have numerous times in the past and to no avail, I'm just gonna say this:
If you're a veteran of RDAs, you're going to have a bad taste in your mouth because almost everything you knew about them has been gradually shit on...for the last couple years almost.
If you're new to the RDA scene, maybe solely by the grace of being a part of a large guild (which the changes have been trending towards) of course you're gonna be like "fuck yeah if you don't like it deal with it" which isn't exactly the right answer for those who have seen that shift happen step for step.
If you're going to take a system and change it over time to more easily lend itself to a large group effort then it stands to reason that something should be put back in place to fill the void. It's not necessary. It's just a nice thing to do. It's what any developer interested in having a smooth running machine would do.
So again, it's not that I care that RDAs are large group activities. But where are the activities for small groups that server to make the mundane world feel more alive?
