Seen plenty lately, although half of them have been that same stupid empty one.

They've been spawning mostly outdoors lately that I've noticed. Tried to page in the empty ones but no reply.

2 spawn at a time, 1 will be in a dungeon and the other will be outside

Yea I've seen a few lately. I would take screenies of empty ones and send them over to the staff.
