Razor (or Steam) on Windows 2000

Hi warriors,
I can't start Razor on Windows 2000. Do you know any way to play UO on that OS? I'm askin because one of my PCs is very old (and I'd installed Win2k on it), but sometimes i have to use it

OK, nobody could help me, but i did it.
But now i have another problem - when i start Razor, i take error:

System.Runtime.InteropServices.SEHException: External component has thrown an exception.
at Assistant.ClientCommunication.InitializeLibrary(String version)
at Assistant.Engine.Main(String[] Args)

Any ideas what can i do now?
