razor bugged out. pls help

[Book of Dowth]

I ran the game fine and for some reason when I tabbed over to razor, it flew off the right side of me screen where it has stayed hidden ever since.
If I tab to it and hit alt, m I get the cursor to move it, but since its off my screen, I can not grab it.

I reinstalled uo + razor and the problem is still there.

Does anyone have any suggestions on how I can fix this?
