It is a stealable rare, one of the lesser known locations of them all (i.e. not as many of these in the market as the closed barrel or hay, etc.).

Rare prices have varied wildly lately. Some sell a rare for 5k, others sell the same item for 125k. Both sellers find buyers. It's weird, but rares have always been fucked up here so whaddya do...
Sheesh there are asylum rares that are forever going to remain very rare. Only a few from the lower levels are going to hit the market....ever....yet I can't get 100k for them. But a crappy rare from lvl one sold for 300k instantly that will turn up much more frequently. Totally fucked.
