How have these been released weeks ago (or a month?), yet still no art file?

I've been told actual players have made their own art files to see them, yet staff still can't? I thought this server was a "for profit", rather than a nfp.

I guess that's why i have a broken pirate chest (circa 2+ years) and a broken rotting corpse (circa 1.5 years?).
