not . just know that a friend of mine spent months trying to accumulate enough cloth to make the outfit. he farmed it from some outside mob that this hue didnt spawn often

So use razor to identify certain (hues) farm those hue's untill you get enough of that cloth. Then Kill healer's untill you find the right sandals?

you wont find this hue on healers. and with so many hues out there the chance to get all the same hues is very slim. to get enough to make this outfit he told me took approximately 4 months
