Questions....mmmm

Hi all,
I have a few questions to ask.

1. where I find sand to create empty bottle whit tinkering? how can I extract it?
2. to make pvm are better summons (demon or fire elemental) or tamed dragons?
3. how many skills can I raise to 100? all to 100?

1. From wiki: A level 100 Miner, after the proper research, may also extract High Quality Granite and Sand for use by the more experienced crafters. When you have read the High Quality Granite book, you can click on your pickaxe and set it to mine both stone and ore. When you have read the High Quality Sand book, instead of mining only in rock, you can also mine the beaches and deserts of Britannia (or any random sand tiles available to you).
2. I believe a fully trained Meta pet will beat out a summoned one - Meta Pets But, if you are just wanting a something to tank mobs for you, a summon will achieve that.

good, and what do I do with all those skills that are automatically 4.2 ecc?
I choose 7 skills and I bring those to 100 and the rest doesn't count?
where I find the High Quality Sand book?

You only get 700 skill points of "real skill" - those other amounts are bonuses based on your statistics (str int dex) which dont count towards the applicable total.

Not sure about the sand book, maybe try an alchemist NPC.
