Nice test. I did something the same, and ended up using energy bolt as my main spell (only 20 mana), and lightning for quick mop-ups. Flamestrike isn't worth the 40 mana in pvm if you ask me, but I'm sure in pvp it has its uses. Having good meditation means you can get off 3-4 eb's and a gheal, all back to back, without your mana even getting too low.

Remember using flamestrike with scrolls is guaranteed 40ish damage and unhealable if precastd so it has uses
