Provo mage, what should be my last skill?

To be honest, it isn't very effective on higher end mobs as the peace breaks pretty fast (or when the mob takes damage). But I never really use it like that. In other words, you won't be able to peace an ancient wyrm and just dump on it non stop. With that being said, I still find peacemaking to be very useful

I never wanted to peace an AW, but at least we should be able to peace ogre lords and beat up on them

Hiding in a way is like Wrestling if you use both skills as a get away card. Hiding, most of the time is just, run off Screen, chug pots while getting attacked and hide while the red tries to either reveal or stand there if he is a dexxer. Wrestling, is for the guys who got bullied in school buy uses uo to fight back. Or live a little longer while getting wacked by a dexxer. None of these skills will make you invincible in game your going to die eventually, just depends on situation.
I would much prefer hiding for both the pvp and pvm aspect. You can help guildies in a tight spot, you can do portals including the luminnox rat guys, you can get your loot back after a res and hide immediately after, running from players and juking them out is fun,and when you turn red by accident and dennoz, christina luv,or pvpeter find ya at skara bank than you can fight back.:)

I agree that it comes down to how you want to play. I was initially going to go take hiding. However, after consideration I personally felt that being able to get spells off when critical was more important than hiding. With no wrestling you have no chance of getaway if you can't hide and are cornered. Of course, again it depends on the situation. One could always just keep protection going but every two minutes of casting it seems like a hassle while hunting. The benefit of hiding is you can provoke and hide, whereas you cannot go invisible and maintain it. From what I've seen, however, is that PKs are well aware two mobs fighting each other and nothing nearby equals a hidden bard. Track and reveal or detect hidden. Whatever one is comfortable playing is what it's all about. *shrugs*

Ive killed more reds running circles and provoing a mob onto a red, casting protection on the fly and hide. Repeat again or drop spells, practice 5x duels, it will help besides trying to drop ebolt after ebolt.
