As far as I can tell this statue has never been listed for sale. There is no sound on/off switch
I dont like sniping so I will start off by saying the auction will end 24 hours after last bid.

Sorry I was not clear, it does NOT make any sound that I heard nor is there an on or off switch. It was recovered from Locke Cole. To my knowledge it has never been seen before and may never be seen again.

did it drop in ur bag like an artifact , on lock coles body, or on maddening horrors body, sorry to need specifics...

I could be horribly mistaken, but i have not seen a maddening horror. The mobs that spawn in locke cole's RDA are dream weavers war dogs, and of course Harrower tentacles and Locke himself. The corpses were cleaned before locke spawned.
Using some google fu maddening horrors are from the Stygian Abyss near medusa's lair which, again I am not all knowing and may be mistaken, are not on this shard at this time. I don't like claiming one of a kind, but I have yet to hear anyone say they have seen one of the statues or even heard of one.
This is a must have for any rare collectors!

After talking to some who are more knowing than I, the maddening horror had its own RDA before my time. This RDA has likely been disable and not seen for quite a while nor has the spawn been seen.
