I believe the cloak +1 patches are worth 10-20k but I'm not 100% positive. Had a few myself that I sold and nobody knew the price, but a few people said 10-20k when I asked around.
+0.1 Blacksmith SS probably has no real value since the +0.1 SSs were older ones that have since been removed from the server. Now there are only +1.0 SSs. If it has any value it would just be for rarity purposes as a collectible. Maybe 10k as a collectible?

Donation Coins : 170-180gp per coin (170k-180k for 1,000 donos).
