I've heard they'll be good next Halloween, for one week only. This is only speculation though. I believe 2013 costumes are good all year round.

I'll pay 50k for the wisp

They will be good at least on every Halloween. This year the current year costumes were good for two weeks and the prior year was only good on Halloween day.
