Tear down a wall, and see if you can do side entry. That'll up the value a good chunk. Best of luck with the sale otherwise.

Does a side entry mean i have to be able to put stairs on the side? It had a side entrance before but the land is walkable to the side I think.
I didn't see any external stairs for that direction, I actually tried. I like entrances on east walls better.

Okay, why does it take 9K to commit to punching out two freaking walls?!
Also, I thought removing items refunded you.

In the past I've always stuck to castles so never had this personal experience before now.

10k cost to do anything, changes are on top of that. You knocked out walls, which gave you 1k credit towards your 10k fee.

Save your changes to do all at once.

You're anywhere from 800k to 1.2. If this was when the desert still had the titans in it, you'd be at 2 mil, but alas they got rid.
