I am selling this beautiful house located between Cove and Britain.
SB: 300K
Plants, chests and furniture included.
The real cost of the house without Decoration is 125K plot + 150K customization = 275K

EDIT: I accept offers for the plot so if you don't wan't the customized house is it ok for me to sell the plot.

Not sentimental Value, it's cost value. How much do you think is a fair offer for that house?

You know you get back the money you invested in customization if you remove everything (but the ground of course)? I did that to a 16x16 house recently that I put LOTS of time customizing. You're much more likely to get cash if you do it in that way...

I know, I can get 130-140K by removing the customization and selling the plot at 130K, but I'd like to sell the house built and decored (which is something this server lacks, everyone sell plots, not customized houses)
That's why I am asking 300k.

I Accept offers for the plot itselfs if someone just wan't to buy the space.

I totally agree with you that it's a shame that only plots gets sold, just wanted to inform you in case you didn't know.

I would personally like to see more already built houses like yours on the market and I wish you good luck!
