Pls bring back increase vendor deed

I had a chat with @Swayze that he has concerns about having too many empty vendors. I agree it's an issue and eyesore. I then suggested may be if we put an expiration date on the deed and make it available on gold sink. That should give ppl less incentive to have these vendors if they are renting out or keep the them empty stocked. Also give UOF more gold sink on regular basis.

What do you guys think? Thanks!

I hate empty vendors as well but I would love a vendor increase deed, I wouldn't mind it having an expiration date or renewal fee, that would give vendor mall owners a reason to charge, I love free but a lot of empty vendors hang around because they are not collecting anything.

Vendors should decay within 3 days of not having activity, aka Stocked, Price change, Purchase, Gold collection.
