As of right now the only way to place the beautiful classic two story stone and plaster house is by forking over almost 400K with the house placement tool.
I feel a deed for it should be for sale at the Architect, and cost as much as the exact same Two Story Wood And Plaster house.
As long as it can be stolen (preferably by me!) I don't see a reason why not.
I'm all for old-school alternatives whenever possible and all deeds should totally be available to purchase (and steal). Maybe that particular deed not-for-sale is just an oversight?
Houses placed with the house-placement tool should always be placed at a premium so that traditional housing carries a substantial mark-up on price due to the ease and security it offers.
