Playing staff identity suggestion

I know its kind of late for the current staff but maybe down the road, any active playing staff (aside from the owners) should be anonymous. It seems in some cases knowing the connection between active moderators / developers and their player accounts is leading to resentment.

Probably a hard thing to do. It could still get out by them saying they are staff to a person and then it spreads like wildfire.

In theory this sounds good, and most playing staff will discretely try to do so. Sometimes we just want some 'off' time to relax and engage in various parts of the game. Actually I believe this is healthy for the shard and prevents a complete disconnect from occurring between our community and staff. In theory. But invariably somebody eventually finds out.

For example it's difficult for me to hide in a Skype call as I get routed out fairly quickly.

So you are saying that being targeted first out of a group is not normal?

I actually underestimated how many people know who I am in game.
Honestly, no one knows my chars except for the one labeled "Halygon" and the other whos name is in my signature.

I'd be shocked if someone could name more than two of my characters outside of the above.
