Player run towns

Are there any player run towns here? Can't find a tavern anywhere and the swill they serve in the cities is rancid.

As long as I can pour my ale down my neck hole, I don't see why I can't party without a head

Being a City guild we try to use the city and its resources rather than wasting housing options to build taverns and such. You won't find many player towns. There are groups of homes in one location from the same guild but not many "towns" with working structures like taverns, chapels, etc.
