Kinda risky for something you could lose very easily .. I would offer 650k for this .
For 1mil it would be nothing more then a plastic covered sofa , which im not interested in.

This is clearly a deco item, any negative feedback considering its risk in the field is inadmissible imo. It is the most important piece for one of two sets on the server. A 1 mil s/b seems more than reasonable.
