Phoenix/Range Armor

I have the plat finally to buy a full suit of either of the plat armors.
But before going through with it, I searched on forums to see if it was breakable.
There has not been, imo any definitive post ,as to the current 'status' of these armors.

Basically I am wondering if they are breakable items?

I know things were changed about them a couple times, but no post within the last year.
Clarification would be greatly appreciated.

Eppy told me recently they are unbreakable finally. So I finally took them off their dusty shelves. Have yet to see them take dmg.

I've been using pheonix armor for almost a year with no repairs, same AR as when I first got them. I highly suggest getting the robe of forever 1 for it. It looks so good with this suit.

What is the ar of the suits?

20 for Ranger. 25 for Phoenix.

Ranger meds like studded armor. Phoenix is non-medable.
