Pet training

Quick question about pet training.

My pets are 6x GM with resist stuck in the 80ish. I was wondering if:

1- They benefit from faster gains in dungeons
2- They would get good resist gains if I'd get a couple of toons to blast them with mana vamp?

I just think the "recent" changes about pets training (1 whole point skill loss after death and halved skill gain) are too harsh now, at least for Magery, Poisoning and Resspell.

Blasting them with mana vamp works wonder to raise resist. I went from 89 to 100 in 40 mins with my tamer spamming all stay and 2 mages casting mana vamp

House, Dungeon, or outside..... Ive tried to do this a couple times just wondering what works best

Dunno if it makes any difference but i did it in dungeon and resist went up really fast
