Pet Stat re-roll gold sink idea

Just a thought...

for X gold, you can buy a deed that "re-rolls" your pet's stats. Applies to meta pets and non.

For example, my lvl 6 meta drag has seemingly low STR/INT and I'd really like a chance for this to go up. Seeing how I've already got close to 20mil in the damn thing, it isn't feasible for me to just go out and buy a new one.

This deed could potentially give me a chance at higher, or lower stats. If I didn't like the re-roll, then I gotta buy another deed.

Thoughts? Could be a nice little sink in this, as I know a few folks who'd like a chance at better meta stats. I'd say no less than 250k, but no more than 500k.

Metas all have the same stats at the end, and for other id say it kinda kills the point. I thinka terrible idea, if people that worried about a few stats on your low lvl meta or whatever just remember they all the same at lvl 7...if anything they should normalize the meta stats at every level, its not fair to have different stats...but as for other pets, finding a good max stat pet to tame is half the fun of UO!

This statement is false. Every meta dragon has differing stats at each level.

Regarding non meta pets... Keep in mind, this is just a re-roll, so stats could potentially be lower. I mean, who is going to spend 250k+ to re-roll stats on a regular dragon? Max stat dragons only sell for around 25-50k.

The difference in damage output between 100 vs 105 dex and 800 vs 825 str is so minimal for maxed out meta pets...but dammit my OCD kicks in so hard that I might actually buy these if they were available.

Why on earth would we sell them that cheap when I could drop them on some sort of terrible mob.
