Pet bonding question "Dragon"

I notice you need a higher taming skill than it takes to tame the animal for it to bond. My question is, at GM, will a dragon bond to me? Or will I need to be above gm? Thanks.

I think you only need 93.6 to bond a dragon.

You need at least the real skill required to tame a pet to bond it naturally. Shown skill will let you tame and transfer it'd but not bond naturally. Required taming for dragon to bond is 93.9 I think, so yes at GM you can bind one at gm

It takes that much or more just to tame it. I tamed my frenzied ossy, which requires 77.1, I am 80.1 and it still says I need higher skill for it to bond.
